Chamber, Dispatch Present 2008 Envision Vance
The Chamber in coordination with The Daily Dispatch has
published the sixth edition of Envision Vance, a Henderson-Vance quality of
life guide and Chamber membership directory.
In addition to a comprehensive listing of current Chamber members, Envision
Vance includes feature stories about highlights of various aspects of
Henderson and Vance County.
According to James
Edwards, The Daily Dispatch publisher, the publication continues to have a
dual purpose. “Envision Vance helps the Henderson-Vance Chamber make a great
first impression for those people looking at our community from the outside
world,” said Edwards.
“And, this
first-class publication helps us locals refocus on the many great attributes
of this place we call home,” he continued.
“At The Daily Dispatch, we are excited to be looking ahead to the seventh
edition of this ‘quality of life’ publication, so-called for its attention on
the many things that make Henderson and Vance County a great place to live,”
Edwards added.
Distribution
efforts to Vance County residents include an insertion of this magazine
as a supplement to a Sunday issue of The Daily Dispatch, which is
delivered to all Sunday subscribers in Vance County.
The publication is also distributed through advertisers, Chamber-member
realtors and the Vance County Economic Development Commission.
It is included
in all newcomer packets mailed by the Chamber, including those developed for
prospective businesses.
Additionally, the publication is distributed for display in every
Chamber-member hotel room.
Envision Vance is
now also available online via a link from the Chamber’s webpage, located at

Advertising
opportunities for the upcoming year will be made available exclusively to Henderson-Vance County
Chamber members at the time of publication and will be available after the
first of the year.
A number of efforts will be made to see that this publication will again be
distributed to as many Vance County households and newcomers as possible.
